OUR STORY

Before you read on about us as individuals, we think it’s important to share with you how Virtually Everywhere began.


We, the co-founders of VE, have known each other for 5 years and have worked together as executive assistants for the senior leadership team of a Fortune 500 company for the past 3 years. After a combined 20 years of working within a corporate environment as executive assistants, we decided it was time to make a change and move with the times. 


We knew we could be even more productive, maximise our time, put our skills to further use and support many more businesses if we became virtual assistants and worked for ourselves. After a year of planning and preparing how we’ll make Virtually Everywhere a success….Covid-19 happened!
The pandemic has hit the world hard and has changed life as we know it, but it has also worked as a catalyst for us to finally make Virtually Everywhere a reality. When connecting virtually with others became the only option, it reinforced to us how we can still provide support as virtual assistants.


We’ve built this business with you in mind. Our services can be provided to anyone who needs support. An entrepreneur managing each aspect of their business, a homemaker with more tasks than time or a VP that needs their e-mail and calendar managed. So when you are ready, you can handover your to do list to us.

Gemma

Co-Founder

Nickname: Multitasking Marvel

Gemma, a London based professional, graduated with a BA in Criminology before entering the corporate sector supporting C-suite executives as an Executive Assistant. She has worked in various Fortune 500 companies for over 10 years in the UK and has also worked in Dubai for 5 years for a reputable Financial corporation. This daughter of a Solider and Northern seamstress has a keen interest in Interior Designing and hosting wine filled and food envy dinner parties.

Preeti 

Co-Founder

Nickname: Organised Owl

Preeti has over 12 years of experience working in Operations and Executive support, 6 years of which she supported C-suite executives as an Executive Assistant, including the President of a Fortune 500 Finance company. Her BA in English Literature and passion for writing has helped her ghost write comms for corporate executives and entrepreneurs. As the first generation in her family to be born and raised in a first world country, she can often be found talking about her love for her city – London.
