What are the kinds of tasks my Virtual Assistant can do?

 

We provide a range of services from customer service support to party planning! We have categorized our services to Essentials, Business Support and Lifestyle Management. You can view all our services here. If you cannot find what you are looking, let us know what we can help with and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Can I mix the services?

 

Absolutely. You can select any of our services from any category (essentials, business support and lifestyle management) as all are charged at the same hourly rate shown within the pricing packages. One service is not going to cost you any more than the other!

For example, you may want your calendar managed (from business support) for the month and also need us to research your next family getaway (from lifestyle management), we are happy to get both tasks (and even more!) done for you at the hourly rate.

 

What time zones can you work with?

 

We are extremely flexible in the hours that we can work and support you. We have already supported clients based in the US (both in East and West coasts), India and the UAE.

 

Why do I need to have a consultation?

 

During our 20-minute consultation we will be able to get to know you, your business, your needs and see how we can support you in the best way. You also get to meet us, see if we are a good fit for you to work with and ask all the questions you have. Plus, its free and non-obligatory, so why not have a consultation?

Do I need to pay for a consultation?

 

It is free and non-obligatory to have a consultation with us. You can book a consultation via our website, by e-mailing us or calling us so we can discuss your needs.

Can I meet with you in-person to discuss my needs?

 

Post Covid-19, we would be happy to arrange an in-person consultation with you if you would prefer this and are based in London, UK.

 

How do you calculate the number of hours you have been working for me?

 

We use a time tracking tool to track the hours we spend on your tasks and a time report will always be sent to you on completion. 

 

Can I roll my hours over to the next month?

 

Unfortunately, not. As per the contract, you need to use the hours you book with us within one calendar month, from the date your contract is signed and agreed. We will remind you before your one month comes to an end, if you have any hours left to use so these are not wasted!

Can I extend my hours during my package?

 

Yes! If you need to add more hours in the month or need us to complete different tasks than originally discussed, just let us know. We’ll always be happy to accommodate (subject to our availability).

Where are you based?

 

We are proud Londoners! We are currently based in West London, UK.

Is my company or personal information protected?

 

Please be assured, we are GDPR compliant and will store all your private data safely. You can read our privacy policy here.

 

How can I share documents securely?

 

There are a number of ways you can send us documents, but the preferred methods of many clients are either via e-mail and ensuring the documents are password protected if they contain confidential information or by uploading the documents on Cloud / BOX / Dropbox etc.

Can my Virtual Assistant make payments on my behalf?

 

Absolutely. We securely hold your payment details and use these when making online purchases or paying invoices on your behalf.

Will I be charged for phone calls that my Virtual Assistant makes on my behalf?

 

Not at all. We bare all the costs of phone calls we make for our clients.
